I was excited to be one of the volunteers reading advanced copies of this book before it was released, before having the opportunity to discuss themes and the structure of the book with Ustadh Asim Khan.

The illustrations are beautifully detailed and help to visualise the story. This is very helpful for me as it can be overwhelming at times for me to learn through just reading text. The illustrations give the story that extra depth this way and also make it fun for kids (and adults!) to read. While Seerah Of Prophet Muhammad is a collection of tales concerning specific incidents in the prophet’s life. The seerah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the most epic story ever told. It's full of action, drama, love, twists and turns and so much more! And the most amazing thing is that it's all true. From an early age, he excelled in academic studies and gained a Masters in Pharmacy from University College London as well as studying Arabic and Qur’anic sciences in Cairo, Egypt. Ustadh Asim Khan is well known for being able to break down and explain complex matters in an easy-to-understand, digestible format. as someone who loves fiction books, the fiction-like writing style made me enjoy it more compared to other islamic books!

This series tells the story of Islam from the beginning; how an entire city tried to kill one man simply because he spoke the truth about God, calling for justice and the fair treatment of women and the poor. It is a tale of searching for truth, forming meaningful bonds beyond status or personal interest, and overcoming obstacles for the sake of the Almighty. A very good introduction to the Seerah. After watching some informative films, series and lectures, I really wanted to get into its reading materials. I wanted to start of with the Sealed Nectar but decided to go with this book as it is a little lighter and can potentially prepare you for the other more renowned works. Not to mention it had the endorsement of Mufti Menk. It is in that regard, that this book did a really great job and is a really good starting point for children. Hence why, owning a physical copy of this book for your household is a must. For that and also the author explicitly has asked to not make PDF copies for distribution, which we as muslims should honour. Hadith is a collection of traditions comprising the prophet Muhammad’s sayings, which, along with descriptions of his everyday life, serve as the primary source of guidance for Muslims aside from the Quran. Where do I begin with this review? The minute I held my copy in my hands, I felt my senses take over. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), then, took the mission and did it perfectly. That’s why we should closely observe his life and learn from the tiniest details in it.

The beautiful thing about the life of Muhammad (PBUH) is that it’s filled with many lessons that we can apply to our own lives today. As you read through this book, you’ll reflect on your own life and how you can improve it and improve yourself. This book is a beautiful introduction to the life of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), it was perfect for me to read not long after I accepted Islam, Alhamdullilah, to learn about the Prophet (SAW). It is written in a way that is easy to understand for the younger generation as well as adults, Muslims and non-Muslims. Many people continue to desire even the tiniest information about the life of the man known as Mohammed. So let’s reflect on some of his characteristics. So (O Prophet!) it is owing to the great mercy of Allâh that you are gentle towards them. Had you been harsh, hard-hearted, they would have certainly dispersed from around you; hence pardon them and ask protection for them, and consult them in matters (of administration), and when you are determined (after due consultation), put your trust in Allâh. Verily, Allâh loves those who put their trust in Him.”
