At Tandem Films, Jeroen gradually ventured into storytelling, creating pilots for Simon's Cat and Bing Bunny. Even during his days as the Highway Rat, and though described as a "baddie" and a "beast," he never looked menacing enough to me. It was great watching the process of how the 'characters' took shape early on before the voices were added, and then after!

I used to memorise poems as a child and it means a lot to me when parents tell me their child can recite one of my books. A nice rhyme accompanies the book throughout, and it definitely carries a strong moral; don’t be a bully because it’ll catch up to you and you’ll be stuck!In fact some pages have a minimal amount of text allowing the reader to get dragged along by the colourful depictions of the animals' trauma.
