Description

This officially licensed Firebolt broomstick replica bares an astounding resemblance to the Firebolt used in the Harry Potter films. Harry begins using the Nimbus 2000 at the time that he becomes the Seeker of the Gryffindor Quidditch team. It was then said to have been taken to one of the Dungeons where it was guarded by a Security troll at all times. Harry Potter's saga allowed the audience to fully immerse themselves in the Wizarding World and gave them a good look at the most important places in it, while also meeting its most notable characters.

By 2014, the Firebolt had been replaced by the Firebolt Supreme, apparently manufactured by the same makers. Developed by Randolph Spudmore, it is ground-breaking in that it has goblin-made ironwork parts – although working with goblins leads to frequent strikes, making this quite a rare broom. After being thoroughly tested (which included stripping it down), the broom was given back to Harry since Professor Flitwick and Madam Hooch found no jinxes, hexes or curses on it.

Whether the characters use broomsticks when they play Quidditch or when they want to go somewhere, these objects are a huge part of Harry Potter. An authentic Harry Potter broomstick measuring at 58 inches in length and is the ultimate Quidditch prop to be displayed in your home office or games room. In the film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Ron Weasley is seen using a similar bipod to stabilise his stance while playing Keeper. Harry used this broom in every Quidditch match he played in since, and also used it during the first task of the Triwizard Tournament. This broomstick is not your average collectible, it is very highly detailed, and includes every feature of the broomstick from head to toe, whether you're looking for the intricate details of each individual bristle on the tail end of the broom, or the finely detailed rune markings on the handle.

He received a Firebolt as an anonymous present from his godfather, Sirius Black at Christmas 1993, after his Nimbus 2000 was destroyed by the Whomping Willow during a Quidditch match against Hufflepuff team. She has a Political Science degree from the University of Toronto and a Masters of Journalism from Toronto Metropolitan University. Over time, the Firebolt broomstick was used by the Bulgarian and Irish International Quidditch Teams. As it was the Owl Office that dealt with the purchase and not Sirius himself, it’s understood that they only cared that it was being paid and not so much who was paying for it, and as Sirius gave the number of the vault and not his actual name, he could have easily gotten away with it without catching the Ministry’s attention. In 1993, Harry Potter received a Firebolt racing broom as a Christmas present from an anonymous benefactor, following the destruction of his Nimbus 2000 by the Whomping Willow in a Quidditch match against Hufflepuff. A miniature replica of the ball whose capture marks the end of a game of Quidditch, this charm resembles a gold-plated Snitch with silver-plated wings crossed in flight. The broomstick comes with a wall mount for you to hang proudly in any room in your house, making this the perfect item for any mega fan of the series, and ideal for any aspiring witch or wizard.

While he is thrilled to use it during Quidditch games, it becomes completely ruined thanks to the terrifying Harry Potter villains, dementors. Be sorted, earn house points, take classes with our fine Hogwarts staff, debate which actor portrayed Dumbledore the best, and finally get some closure for your Post-Potter Depression. The Nimbus Two Thousand and Two Thousand and One models outsold all other top-class brooms combined by a factor of three to one. Harry goes through quite a journey with his Firebolt broomstick and it's always clear that someone could steal it for him or it could be ruined.Sent as an anonymous gift from Harry's godfather Sirius Black, the broomstick served Harry very well towards the end of the series. This officially licensed Lumos Quidditch Trunk charm is a stunning addition to any Potterhead’s charm bracelet or necklace. We know how much all you beautiful people love to show off your awesome new stuff on Instagram, so why not be immortalised right here? While it disappears during the Battle of the Seven Potters in 1997, he plays Quidditch with this broom after getting it as a Christmas gift in 1993 from Sirius Black. The third Harry Potter film has some great quotes, and the conversation between Harry and Hermione is a memorable one.
